As promised, here is an alternative recording of my talk from the first METAL workshop, this time using the Echo360 lecture capture system. This includes footage of the speaker (some of the time!) as well as screen recordings.
As a “bonus” you also get to hear my introduction/welcome. Unfortunately I am mostly off-screen for that! The talk itself is about 10 minutes in to the recording.
It is interesting to compare the results from the two systems. Note that with this system I was able to switch between laptop and desktop, and the Echo system switched with me. The Camtasia recording includes a screen recording from my laptop, but not from the resident PC.
The quality of the tablet screen recording made by Camtasia is very high, though (I think!).
But you may find it useful to see the middle section from my talk (missed by the Camtasia recording).
