Another nice example of Simpson’s paradox

I like the numbers chosen in the singingbanana video on Simpson’s Paradox

But I am not convinced by the conclusion there that “Drug A is the better drug”. I would say that the data was still inconclusive at such an early stage? I would also be suspicious as to why both drugs had performed so much better on Day 1 than on Day 2.

What do people think?
